About

With a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College, I’ve trained and supported hundreds of educators and parents. My knowledge and passion comes from education, combined with my experiences as a teacher, center director, coach and trainer within diverse environments; including a variety of socioeconomic levels. Through this work, I have found that regardless of background, every parent and teacher wants their child to thrive. My goal is to help the adults bring out the in our children, providing them with knowledge and tools for everyday success.

I approach challenging behavior by working with teachers and families to understand the root cause of the behavior. Every expression from a child  is a communication. I will help you understand the communication, so you can better meet the needs of the child. I work as a coach for teachers and parents, providing the tools to create a happier environment for all involved.
My philosophy is simple: all children need love, respect and a feeling of safety in order to thrive. With the right tools, all children can grow into healthy adults. My strengths lie in helping teachers and families to understand the intention behind challenging behaviors so that together, they can create more peaceful environments.
